FDIC bank screener and peer comparisons
Screen reported bank financials across 16 measures, including estimated uninsured deposits, noncurrent loans and three separate property-lending categories. Compare up to 25 banks across eight quarters in the bank screener. Requires an entitled account or API key with intelligence:read; reference-history access applies.
GET /reference/fdic/banks returns definitions and availability without a provider call. POST /reference/fdic/banks/screen accepts a reporting quarter (or latest), public bank name, state, active flag and up to six numeric ranges. Results use ascending certificate order and up to 50 records per page.

Net income is year-to-date; ROA and ROE are annualized provider ratios. Missing values stay null and do not match numeric filters. Each result retains sources, retrieval times, hashes and explicit missing bank-quarter records. Current provider data may be revised; this is not a bank-safety score or immutable historical snapshot.
CSV and JSON exports cover the loaded page or requested peer group. New measures are fetched on demand; the stored FDIC history library retains its existing ten metrics. Detailed response schemas are in the OpenAPI specification.
