This notice explains what FilingSift collects during early access, why we collect it, and the choices available to you.
When you request early access or contact us, we may collect your name, work email, company, workflow, coverage needs, and pilot interest. Do not submit confidential filings, credentials, material nonpublic information, or personal financial data.
Our hosting providers may process standard request information such as IP address, device and browser type, referring page, and request timestamps for security and reliability. If analytics is enabled, we use a privacy-focused service to understand aggregate traffic and conversions.
We use information to respond to requests, evaluate product fit, operate and secure the service, improve FilingSift, and comply with law. We do not sell personal information.
We share information only with service providers that help operate FilingSift, when you direct us to, or when required by law. We retain early-access inquiries while evaluating or maintaining the relationship and delete them when they are no longer reasonably needed.
You may ask to access, correct, or delete information you submitted, or opt out of product communications, by emailing hello@filingsift.com. Legal rights may vary by location.
We may update this notice as the product and its providers change. The effective date above will identify the current version.
