These terms apply to the public FilingSift website, illustrative explorer, and any evaluation access unless a separate signed agreement applies.
The public explorer can show machine-checked baselines from real SEC filings and may fall back to clearly labeled illustrative records if the API is unavailable. A baseline is not a claim that a value changed from a prior filing. Coverage, schemas, features, and proposed pricing may change before commercial launch.
FilingSift is information infrastructure. Nothing on the website is investment, legal, accounting, or credit advice, a recommendation, or a substitute for reviewing the source filing and obtaining professional advice.
You may evaluate the public website for lawful business purposes. You may not interfere with the service, bypass access controls, introduce malicious code, misrepresent illustrative output as live data, or use the service to violate law or third-party rights.
Future results may reference SEC filings and other public-source material. Source citations remain subject to the applicable source terms. FilingSift does not claim ownership of issuer filings.
The early-access website is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability, to the extent allowed by law.
API keys, production datasets, redistribution, service levels, payment terms, and liability limits will be governed by a separate commercial agreement. The pricing shown publicly is illustrative launch pricing.
