Plans & capacity
Compare Free, Builder, Professional and Team, including usage limits and account capacity.
One platform, clear capacity
Free, Builder, Professional, and Team include the same evidence, research and validation standards. Core research, scoped API access and the four MCP tools share your plan limits; destination integrations require their own setup. Compare plans by monitored companies, monthly API requests and organization members; all plans include all available indexed filing history for permitted companies. Availability depends on indexed coverage; there is no plan-based filing-age cutoff.
| Plan | Monthly price | Monitored companies | Monthly API requests | Filing history access | Organization members |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Free | $0 | 5 | 100 | All available indexed history | 3 |
| Builder | $39 | 50 | 5,000 | All available indexed history | 5 |
| Professional | $79 | 250 | 25,000 | All available indexed history | 15 |
| Team | $199 | 5,000 | 100,000 | All available indexed history | 50 |
New historical processing has a separate onboarding lookback and caps on filing count and historical submission files. Advanced limits also cover concurrent onboarding and monthly query-cost units. All plans include five active API keys and ten active sessions per user. Every published limit is enforced as a hard limit: requests or account actions stop with a clear limit response, and FilingSift does not create automatic overage charges. The free plan starts without a card. Builder, Professional and Team support online purchase. All plans can request bounded asynchronous retrieval for eligible SEC companies, up to 25 supported filings per request within the plan’s processing lookback and capacity. Existing indexed history remains available while new filings are processed. Confirm required filings in the free plan before subscribing. Priority support, custom backfills and delivery SLAs require a separate written agreement. Available paid activation uses authenticated Stripe-hosted Checkout, the Customer Portal and signed billing webhooks. The live billing catalog defines current purchase availability and the complete comparison; see Plans & pricing.
Operational standards
Production availability is governed by the live feature catalog, API contract, source-admission controls, and account permissions. New data sources and workflows are introduced after migration, deployment, and provider acceptance, preserving the same provenance and data-integrity standards across the platform.
